• High Lawn Queen (8 OZ) young, bloomy rind, like brie…only better! 

• Vache (4 OZ) Slightly floral, bright lactic tang, fruity notes of apple cider.

• Nostro Primo (8 oz) A creamy and fudgy canestrato style cheese that gets funkier with age. The rind adds luxurious complexity. Pairs nicely with red wine. 

• Siegfrieds Pride® (8oz) This Cheese is rubbed with an herb infused brandy which imparts a complex, floral aroma. Firm yet pliable and creamy, it boasts flavors of butterscotch and toasted almonds. It has a sweet subtle taste. It's not sharp or acidic, and has lingering brown butter notes.

• Wilde Field® (8 OZ) aged 6 months, nutty background notes, somewhere between gouda and cheddar

•  Jambon de Bayonne (1 SLEEVE 3.5 OZ) French style prosciutto, complex and thinly sliced.

• Salami (5 OZ ) Traditional dry-cured Salami from Oui Charcuterie, made locally in Woodbridge, CT

• Maple Spiced Pecans (2 OZ) From Sugar Bob's Finest Kind, handmade in Vermont

• Quince Paste (2 OZ) Santa Teresa has been making specialty foods for more than 160 years in Spain. They use only the best fruit and ingredients to make this sweet accompaniment to cheese from "mebrillo" Quince , a fruit closely related to pears
