We start by treating our Jersey Cow cream with cultures and allowing it to ferment overnight before churning it into a deliciously rich and tangy butter. Our new line of Signature Butters, made in small batches, are 4 oz hand-shaped logs of our pure Jersey cow’s butter infused with herbs and spices.
Dollop on a piece of grilled meat or poultry, slather atop crusty freshly toasted bread, whisk into gravy to give it an alluring depth and aromatics...the flavor combinations are fettered only by ones own imagination.
