Cheeses:

• High Lawn Queen (8 oz): A young, bloomy rind cheese, rich and creamy, similar to brie but with even more depth.
• Siegfried's Pride® (8 oz): A firm-aged cheese rubbed with herb-infused brandy, boasting floral aromas, and flavors of butterscotch, toasted almonds, and brown butter.

• Smorbier (8oz): Styled after a traditional French Morbier but with a twist! Creamy texture and a buttery, rich flavor. We use hot and smokey peppers from Kitchen Garden Farm to pack a punch through the center of the cheese. 
• Vache (4oz): A soft, mild, and creamy cheese with a delicate flavor, available seasonally, and may be replaced with Nostro Primo.

• Wilde Field® (8 oz): Aged 1 year, this cheese has nutty, complex notes, somewhere between Gouda and cheddar.
• Crema Alpina(8oz): A smooth and rich cheese, perfect for spreading or pairing.
• High Lawn Blue (8 oz): A creamy, earthy, and savory blue cheese that adds a pleasant contrast to the milder cheeses.

Charcuterie:

• Prosciutto: Delicately sliced, dry-cured ham that adds a savory, melt-in-your-mouth element.
• Oui Salami (6 oz): A locally made, traditional dry-cured salami crafted by Oui Charcuterie, a small family farm in Connecticut.

Accompaniments:

• Baby Pistachio Kernels, Ziba Foods: Crunchy and slightly salty pistachios to balance the rich flavors of the cheeses. (NUT ALLERGEN)
• Quince Paste: A sweet and aromatic paste made from quince, a perfect match for the cheeses.
• SideHill Farm Jam (1.5 oz): A jam selected by the curators to pair perfectly with the cheeses and meats.
• Dried Figs, Ziba Foods: Sweet, chewy figs that complement the savory charcuterie and cheeses.
• Olives: A selection of olives chosen by the curators to balance the rich and creamy flavors.
