This 1-hour tasting experience will dive deep into all things cheese! Learn about the different types of cheese; fundamentals of the cheesemaking process; how to properly cut, serve, pair, and store cheese; and most importantly, how to enjoy it!

Your purchase includes access to the live Zoom session on Friday, February 13th, written tasting guide, and everything you'll need for the tasting experience, including three different 1/2lb pieces of High Lawn Farm cheese and three corresponding pairings from our friends at SideHill Farm in Battleboro VT, Klara's Gourmet in Lee MA, and Big Picture Farm in Townsend VT. 

Each package is suitable to serve 2-6 people for the virtual tasting session.
