FROM OUR FARMSTEAD, THE HOT & SPICY SET INCLUDES:

• Smorbier —  A deliciously creamy and plump, washed curd cheese. Styled after a French Morbier but with a twist. The smooth, sweet, and grassy paste has a bold, hot, and smoky pepper line running through its center. Peppers are locally sourced from our friends at Kitchen Garden Farm.   (8oz)
• Peppah Cheddah — Made in very limited batches, Peppah Cheddah features a blend of seven different pepper varieties from Kitchen Garden Farm, sampled and selected by our cheesemaker to complement our perfectly balanced 10-month aged cheddar!  Limited Edition (8oz)
• Pepper Field — This cheese is a twist on High Lawn classic, Wilde Field. The rind of this cheese has been rubbed with a blend of peppers and cocoa powder to impart the hint of a smoky pepper flavor on the finish. This experiment in affinage technique has brought out new flavors, and exemplifies how just a slight change in the aging process can impact the flavors of a cheese. We are excited to release this limited cheese for you all to enjoy and share in the experience of cheesemaking.  Limited Edition (8oz)
