• High Lawn Queen (8 oz): A young, bloomy rind cheese, similar to brie but with a richer flavor profile.
• High Lawn Blue (8 oz): A beautifully complex and creamy blue cheese.
• Siegfried's Pride® (8 oz): A creamy, firm cheese with floral aromas and flavors of butterscotch, toasted almonds, and brown butter.
• Wilde Field® (8 oz): Aged 6 months with nutty background notes, somewhere between gouda and cheddar.
• Crema Alpina (8 oz): A smooth and creamy cheese with a rich taste.

Charcuterie:

• Prosciutto: Delicately thin-sliced, dry-cured ham.
• Salami (5 oz): Traditional dry-cured salami from Oui Charcuterie, made locally in Woodbridge, CT.
