OUR HIGH LAWN PREMIUM SAMPLER INCLUDES:

• Wilde Field® — Sharp and nutty, with a smooth sweet and bright finish. Washed in Shire Breu-House IPA. This robust cheese is complex on the tongue yet simple to enjoy on a charcuterie board or paired with your favorite hoppy beer. (8oz)

• High Lawn Blue — A natural rind with verdant blue-green veining that evokes the lush pastures of High Lawn Farm rolling to meet the Berkshire mountains. The blue mold flavor and persistent salt are held in perfect balance by our creamy 100% Jersey cow milk. With a smushable and smeary texture. Any attempt at crumbling over a salad will happily end in big, irregular chunks.  (8oz)

• Siegfried's Pride® - This cheese is rubbed with an herbed infused brandy which imparts a complex floral aroma. Firm yet pliable and creamy, it boasts with flavor of butterscotch and toasted almonds. It has a sweet, subtle taste, meaning its not sharp or acidic, with lingering brown-butter notes. (8oz)

• Smorbier - A deliciously creamy and plump, washed curd cheese. Styled after a french morbier but with a twist. The smooth, sweet, and grassy paste has a bold, hot, and smokey pepper line running through its center. Peppers are locally sourced from our friends at Kitchen Garden Farm. (8oz)

• Nostro Primo - A creamy and fudgy canestrato style cheese that gets funkier with age. The rind adds luxurious complexity. Pair this unique cheese with rich red wines. (8oz)

• High Lawn Queen - This bloomy rind turns from soft butter to melted cheese with a hint of mushroom as it ages. (7oz)

• Cultured Ghee — Clarified butter, but better. The smooth, caramel-like texture of this nutty and virtually lactose-free butter can be used in all the same ways you use butter, and then some. It’s perfect for high heat cooking due to its 485°F smoke point, and can even be blended with your morning coffee to sustain your caffeine boost! Naturally high in gut- and brain-loving butyrate and omega fatty acids. 

• Sea Salted Butter — Our farmstead fresh butter is slow-churned in small batches. We gently knead Sonoma Pacific Sea Salt crystals into each batch and hand-shaped with care. (8 OZ)

• Cultured, Unsalted butter - Our farmstead fresh butter is slow-churned in small batches and hand-shaped with care. Culturing our Jersey cream before churning not only enhances its natural flavor, it creates a more easily digestible butter (8oz)

• Basil Pesto Butter  - Loaded with vibrant green basil, fresh garlic, and salt, our Basil Pesto Signature Butter makes everything taste like summer in Italy. (4oz)
