Cheese & Charcuterie Board Workshop

Join us on Saturday, May 11th for a Cheese & Charcuterie Board Workshop with our team of cheese professionals! The perfect activity for Mother's Day weekend. Spend a fun (and cheese) filled afternoon with your mom, friends, or solo. In this two-hour workshop, participants will have the opportunity to learn all of the skills and knowledge they'll need to build their own cheese boards. Our cheese experts will guide participants through the process of selecting cheeses, meats, and accouterments; give pairing tips; and demonstrate the best ways to prepare, cut, and serve a variety of cheeses. Participants will be able to work hands-on with our delicious signature High Lawn cheeses, as well as a selection of premium charcuterie meats and seasonal accompaniments. And the best part? Everyone gets to take home their delicious cheese board creation at the end!
The event will take place in our farm museum located at 535 Summer Street, Lee, Massachusetts.
One ticket entitles participants to create one cheese board, which may be taken home after the event, including a 9" x 9" locally handcrafted wooden serving board. There are 30 total seats available for this event, and each person must have an individual ticket to participate. This workshop is intended for adults, and participants should be comfortable with handling sharp knives. Participants will be provided with everything necessary to prepare and build their cheese board. Vegetarian options are available for those who do not wish to include charcuterie meats on their board.

Please Note: When checking out, select "Pick-Up". You may select any date, you do not need to pick up a physical ticket.
